Fewston and Swinsty Reservoir

Burnsall to Grassington Circular

Parked up in Burnsall and walked the popular footpath along the river to the bridge near Hebden and then continued on to Grassington.

We then took a footpath from behind the Black Horse in Grassington for some different scenery on the way back. Click here for the photos »

A 15 mile circuit across the moors from Haworth to Hebden Bridge and the National Trust’s Hardcastle Crag and back via Walshaw Dean Reservoirs. Click here for the photos »

Buckden Pike Walk

At 702 metres Buckden Pike narrowly misses out on being the highest peak in the Yorkshire Dales. A fell at the head of the Wharfedale valley.

For this walk we parked in Buckden to climb up to the trig point and then descended down into Starbotton and back along the river. Click here for the photos »
